Soapbox – The Promenade Mall

We truly believe in The Promenade’s Soapbox mission and were delighted to show what the retail incubator and community space is all about. It is a haven for entrepreneurs who need retail space but are not yet ready for a conventional shop. Soapbox also offers the community a place where clubs and social groups can meet for events. We started by writing about the space before it was open, interviewing the team behind the concept, and focusing on the driving vision behind it and the different entrepreneurs that can make use of the space. We decided to shoot the video on the day of the opening to show Soapbox’s real potential as a community space in action. The event was extensively covered on our social media platforms. We have since been back several times for different functions such as the opening of Sleepy Camel and the Dream Girl event.
