Shawarma-matic

When Shawarma-matic added new sandwiches and items to their menu we were invited to try them out and review them. As huge shawarma geeks we were in our element. We were delighted by the new Chicken Pesto Sandwich and the Avocado and Bacon Chicken. A big part of ordering shawarma in a restaurant is watching it being made, which we wanted to include in our video. Skillful slicing of the cooked meats, then the patient layering of different and very colorful ingredients and then the wrapping are all elements of the perfect sandwich. Finally some time on the grill turns what is essentially a staple in the region into a work of art. Even the simplest experiences can and should be savored which we always convey in our videos and articles.
