When Carriage launched a few years ago, food delivery apps as a concept were still in their infancy but we were excited about it as foodies, customers and content creators. We interviewed co-founder Abdullah Al Mutawa for an in-depth print interview to showcase the new app. Since then we have worked on several lifestyle features that highlight the different ways the Carriage app could be beneficial to customers. By focusing on filters and specific verticals like flowers and gaming we were able to shed a light on the flexibility and usability of the app. Our content creation team created visuals and listicles for the maximum engagement. A combination of print and social media channel engagement helped us spread the word among current Carriage users and potential members too.
